And while information is critical to providing quality service, Premiere Tans recognizes that one of our most important assets is our customers' trust. Thus, the safekeeping of customer information is a priority for Premiere Tans.

You benefit from our information management practices.
Premiere Tans collects, retains, and uses information about our customers only where Premiere Tans reasonably believes that it will help administer our business or provide products, services, and other opportunities to you. Premiere Tans collects and retains information about you only for specific business purposes and Premiere Tans will tell you why Premiere Tans is collecting and retaining it upon tour request. Premiere Tans usees information to protect and administer our records, accounts, and funds; to comply with certain laws and regulations; to help design or improve our products and services; and to understand our financial needs so that Premiere Tans can provide you with quality products and superior service.

Because of the importance of these issues, all Premiere Tans employees are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of customer information and employees who violate these Privacy Principles will be subject to disciplinary measures.

Premiere Tans safeguards information according to established security standards and procedures, and Premiere Tans continually assesses new technology for protecting information. Premiere Tans and our employees are trained to understand and comply with these information principles.

Tour information is shared only in limited ways and for specific purposes.
It is Premiere Tans policy not to reveal specific information about customer accounts or other personally identifiable data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent use, except for the exchange of information with reputable information reporting agencies to maximize the accuracy and security of such information or in the performance of bona fide corporate due diligence or business matter, unless 1) the information is provided to help complete a customer initiated transaction; 2) the customer requests or permits it; 3) the disclosure is required by or alloHed by law (e.g., subpoena, investigation of fraudulent activity, request by regulator, etc).

In addition, Premiere Tans may also disclose all of the information Premiere Tans collects, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom Premiere Tans has joint marketing agreements.

Premiere Tans maintains customer privacy in business relationships with third parties.
When Premiere Tans conducts business with third parties, Premiere Tans requires our vendors and suppliers to maintain similar standards of conduct regarding the privacy of personally identifiable customer information provided to them.
